Dr Adomako Kissi has criticised Sam George and Speaker Bagbin over their silence on the SHS manual
Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Anyaa-Sowutuom, Dr Dickson Adomako Kissi, has expressed dissatisfaction at the apparent silence of some lawmakers. regarding the influence of foreign cultural ideologies on Ghana’s education system.
In a recent interview on Star FM, he noted that while some Members of Parliament, including Sam George and the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, were previously vocal about content they deemed inappropriate, they have remained quiet on recent developments involving similar material.

"When you're in government, you talk differently. This past week, I’ve been so surprised by the definite silence of Sam George and the Speaker in relation to the introduction of content that was distasteful to them only a few months ago,” he lamented.
NaCCA has withdrawn printed copies of the Year 2 Physical Education and Health (Elective) Teacher Manual after admitting that sections of the content on “Gender Identity” did not align with Ghanaian values.
