  I had my own experience when I took my wife to the Ridge Hospital. The modus operandi was very simple - you pay the nurses upfront in the morning and in in hard cash, or they do not pay any attention to your patient. Two doctors confirmed this to me. Eventually, this was what a doctor told me; "if you want a good care for your wife, the only place is the Bank Hospital". I did, but at a cost.

  Dr Kaba must be fired immediately for the ff reasons:
  1. Collecting illegal moneys from patients when he was at ridge hospital as exposed by 4th estate.
  2. Calling himself a professor when he is not.

The Doctors behave as if the facilities are private owned. Anything apart from their approved ones will not be accepted. And Dr Kaba, the chief culprit is GHS boss.

  From the reception tables , walk through the customer services counters (if they exist at all), to the top surgeons table; incredible fly-overs of hyped type of twisted attitudes & language expressions as ICM s (inter-continental missiles) , to destabilize in-walk patients..
  What’re needed @ such institutions, not only at hospitals. but right from GHANÀs immigration entry points, right to the corridors of Presidential offices, Ministerial sectors to the harbors :
  (1) Intensive controls & supervisions
  (2) Introduction of perhaps, quarterly in
  Service training programs..
  (a) Customer care qualities
  (b) Discipline requirements of
  being a public serving agent…
  I leave other issues of alleged frauds by false pretenses, leading to criminal acts, harboring on stealing to the experts to handle..
  Note : public suggestion boxes, should be installed at strategic points, for complaints or suggestions to be made to help to improve public services:
  *Re-read the scripted recorded language between the said NSA — national security officer, identified (presumably)as Jakpa—
  the languages he used in dialogue with 4th Estate reporters… dismissing them outright from the scene of press investigations, as if they were UFO, from the Jupiter or Mars ..
