We live in a country that has no suitable internet connection with power fluctuations, yet you are still confident that this exercise can be done online. Lastly, have you considered the credibility of the answers that these recruits will submit for assessment? Please, if it's not broken don't try to fix it, it's better to stick to the old tradition to safeguard the integrity of the exams.
