  Except for idiots and dishonest people, everyone with half a brain knows that not every policy that is promised would be implemented as soon as a government gets into power. In the case of Abu Jinapor, it's obvious it's intellectual dishonesty. If by the end of this year he doesn't see any implementation, then he would be right to critisize. But as is the case with NPP, due to their abject failure, everything they see looks like failure to them.
