Okay, Mr. President, find a land for our useless, corrupt, and greedy MPs for a new Parliament at SANZUGU TATALE or at any village in the Bawku area so that the MPs can be easily attacked whenever the Bawku wars should start again.
Sincerely, I don’t think that we need that many MPs. How long did Efo Julor Jeremiah Rawlings rule Ghana without any MPs. They are not that very much needed. Ghana’s Democracy can go on very well without that many MPs many of whom don’t play any meaningful role in the House.

The NDC made so much negative noise about Speaker Oquaye's request, with the excuse that the country had no money, and the proposal was thrown overboard. Now the NDC administration is pushing for a new Parliamentary Complex, as they call it. Are we so rich now that we can afford a USD200m Parliament building when "we still have school pupils studying under trees? This is all about someone's cut in the project cost, and nothing else.

We all witnessed how some members in Parliament went berserk and destroyed mics, tables etc. They still are there. I am afraid these same vandals in modern clothing will tear down the new structure in no time if built. Look, we have a lot of uncompleted and deserted structures littering the country. Let's get those scarce resources to complete them for the benefit of all. The first year of roads, the second year of roads, and even the third year of roads budgets by the previous administration never yielded anything good. Let's get money into the 'big push' for real action to manifest. The unsuccessful agenda 111 projects are still hanging on our neck. The past government decided to build at a go a one hundred and eleven regional and satellite hospitals across the country. Who does that when resources are scarce and limited. Who does that? Today, not even one has been completed for the benefit of our communities. Let's reset the country first, then all other things shall follow.
