We need to prioritize the expansion or building of new health facilities to meet growing demand. The La General hospital project is still hanging. I was thinking this new administration would prioritize it for the hood people of La. They voted massively for this ndc government partly because of the display of incompetence on that project by the npp.

Let's be fair here. There was no bed. We won't accept it if he were managed on the floor. The ambulance is not well equipped to manage an emergency in. He possibly needed emergency stabilisation so why was he not sent to a second tier hospital for the stabilisation pending bed availability at the big hospital
