  This would be a very good initiative if government should decide to focus on it, they will be able to get money to fund the 24 hour agenda, if not for greedy politicians I don’t know why they wouldn’t do this initiative � ...

  Very true my brother, It is a very good initiative but these politicians don’t like progress… They always set us back, even though it is a good story they don’t consider these… Another idea gone wasted
