THIS INFORMATION CAN EASILY BE VERIFIED BY THE FARMERS WITH THEIR FARMS ALONG THE BORDER WITH IVORY COAST BY JUST WALKING ACROSS TO THE OTHER SIDE AND TALK TO THEIR COUNTERPART FARMERS THERE. AND WHAT THIS WILL MEAN IS COCOA SMUGGLING TO IVORY COAST WILL START!!?

COCOA PRICES ARE NOT CONSTANT, BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOU CANNOT BE CHANGING THE PRICES EVERY TIME THE INTERNATIONAL PRICES ARE CHANGING, BECAUSE THE FARMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAN THEIR LIVES THAT WAY. ANY THIS IS THE REASON WHY NPP WAS MAINTAINING FIXED PRICE WHICH WAS A BIT LOWER THAN WHAT THEY SHOULD BE PAYING THE FARMERS TO SAVE THE MARGIN GAINED SO THAT WHEN THE INTERNATIONAL PRICES REDUCE AS THIS TIME, THEY CAN USE THE SAVINGS FROM THE PAST HIGHER INTERNATIONAL PRICES TO TOP UP THE LOWER INTERNATIONAL PRICES FOR THE FARMERS!! BUT WHAT DID WE SEE? IN 2024, NDC INCLUDING MAHAMA WENT TO THE FARMERS AND SAID NPP WAS CHEATING THEM SO WHEN THEY VOTE FOR NDC THEY WILL COME AND INCREASE THE COCOA PRICE FOR THE FARMERS SO ANYBODY WHO HAS NOT GOT A FARM SHOULD GO A GET A LAND AND START GROWING COCOA!!! AT TIME DIDN'T THEY KNOW THAT THE COCOA PRICES COULD DROP? OR THEY WERE JUST LYING TO THE FARMERS JUST TO WIN THEIR VOTES FOR POWER??
SO MY GOOD FRIEND, DO NOT FOLLOW THE POLITICIANS BLINDLY!

Where was concerned farmers association when incompetent President John Dramani Mahama and his sycophants were doing politics with cocoa telling farmers Nana Addo is very wicked and he don’t care about cocoa farmers and when they vote for him he will increase cocoa prices from ghc 3100 to ghc 6500.When in the world did the world producers of cocoa treating not to sell their cocoa cause the price to drop?When oil is cut prices rise and not fall.Folks cocoa prices were not on international stock exchange on oil,gold and other minerals.NDC government has taken advantage of this to steal cocoa farmers money.
