  Ghana has a lot if natural resources, a quite well-educated population and peace. It should have been rich as Taiwan or South Korea. When it isn't, it is partly because of stupid economical policy, but the overarching reason is corruption. Both big parties are profoundly corrupt and cover for each other.
  
  Roads are not built. Electricity is out, water doesn't flow, publuc schools are bad. What is the reason? Corruption. Corruption. Corruption.
