  This is why the Govt & GRA have been campaigning for us to pay our takes. This demand of DNA test will come at cost to the state, which they deserve. Majority of Ghanaians especially ppl in slums like Mamobi, are mostly in the informal sector.They often are reluctant paying tax but when it comes to their demands on the Govt they don't look at that.The clinic for e.g. needs workers to momitor their security cameras and man their security Gates. The govt don't have money so therefore they can't employ more workers for that assignment.
