  When in the history of humanity did a fool do something that makes sense? John Mahama summoned his cabinet to deliberate about the how to about the buying of cocoa, and when did we hear or something like that? Even the military government that had ruled Ghana did not go this awful path let alone a civilian government headed by John Mahama who had occupied every political position to twice as president but.
