The most baffling thing is that it appears most of the riders are the mentally deranged in Ghana. They have no respect for the rules neither do they care for human life including their own.
Perfect description of the situation among the riders. Everyone behaves like animal. Motorbikes must be band. Most especially okada riders
Lack of wisdom caused this death. Why would you speed on a motor bike without a headlight at 8.00pm? I have seen two bicycle riders colliding and dying on the spot in the night.The reason they were also speeding.

That was why military governments never allowed motorbikes in Ghana, contrary to the Francophone countries. It was strictly regulated, yet licensing was stiff.
these motor riders are a real threat. riding a bible at night without headlights. the police have failed and the citizens don’t have conscience to do what is right. they should have left the motor rider on the road for him ...
