This is a very unintelligent piece. The examples cited do not have semblance to the current case. You can use only two incidents unrelated to this as a norm. The cases mentioned are related to core values and life of the Russian Federation. One involved act of Russian intelligence operator outside Russia and the other involved intelligence acts of an American which goes to damage the stability and credibility of Russia's opponent. You don't expect Russia to extradite them. This is different.
