  Use data to make your decisions. The 500,000 tonnes of coconut produced annually will never convince any serious investor to build a coconut processing factory in Ghana.
  
  That out put is what factories in other countries process in less than a month. You need to scale the produce output to attract serious investors.
  
  Same with tomatoes. Every tomato factory in Ghana's history closes after a short period of time due to inadequte produce from farmers.
