I can visit the site anytime without restrictions, and I am planning to begin development soon. I therefore encourage everyone to consider purchasing land or affordable homes from Estate Masters Limited for true peace of mind.

  Estate Masters is not what they present themselves to be. There is little to no price transparency, and after initial payments, additional charges—such as road levies and electricity fees—are introduced without prior clarity.
  
  I purchased plots in 2022 at their Kings Cottage Annex site, yet to date, the land remains in the name of the family they claimed to have acquired it from. Despite these unresolved issues, they have continued to demand payments for infrastructure such as roads, water, and electricity—services we neither requested nor agreed to upfront.
  
  In all honesty, dealing with Estate Masters feels less like ownership and more like being at the mercy of an inconsiderate landlord who imposes arbitrary rules and expectations.
