Even though these attacks are concentrated in the northern BF, the locations are random, so that no person can predict where they'll strike next. Not even the govt of BF. This is similar to the operations of highway robbers: nobody cant predict where they'll operate next.

Perhaps only REAL TIME satellite monitoring may help, but that's impossible because then we have to monitor every single space within a territory.

This incident is very sad, but a lot of people are being very stupid about that.

I think, the trader will ave to change the modus-operandi: they should place orders and the suppliers deliver them to Ghana.
