The problem in this stretch of the highway is the contractor. He is not doing anything to make the road motorable while construction is going on. That is what is causing all these accidents and mishaps.

The deaths is just too many. We can't sit down and cross out arms and see these continue. Rise up and cry to God to deliver this country of the deep witchcraft and evil attack on the country.
