Don't propose something or anything that will come with extra cost. CCTV should be mounted around all hospitals and security personnel should be vigilant, and trust me, these two things can deter would-be child thieves.

He has said or given the order just like that. It's the responsibility of the employer to provide the staff name tags. Some of them have not been paid close to 1 yr or more and you expect them to fund the cost of the name tags. The minister knows It's the employer who provides working tools, safety and security equipment to the workers but that's not the case in most of the health facilities. Some health facilities don't have entrance, thus, not fenced so how can the minister suggestions be implemented? When issue like this comes out, they think all health facilities are like those in Accra and other big cities. Some district hospitals have no fence let alone a security check point. So the minister must strategise and come out with a holistic approach to curb the incident of stealing of babies. Health facilities are among public places where there must be no restrictions to access.
