How he was ever allowed to import and keep tigers, only they know. The law is already there. All they need to do, is to get police assistance, to go and seize the tigers. What are they afraid of? Is it because Cheddar has money?

This story is ridiculous. Does he know the nature of Tigers and how wild they can be? Does he know the strength of the animal? To prevent any such stupidities in the past, he should be made to pay for the cost of the confiscation, care taking, their transportation into the wild and the payment of any veterinary treatment for the animals until they are taken into the country of their natural habitat. He should be banned from keeping any such wild animal in the country.
I would also want to suggest that he needs not be fined but made to serve a term in Prison for such an offense. His solitary confinement should be with Hard Labor. OMG, and such a person wanted to be the President of Ghana. By his actions, he should be banned from participating in any active Politics. Ghanaians are just abusing the Democratic dispensation system that we have and are enjoying. Even Uncle Sam which is the citadel of Democracy in the World will not tolerate this nonsense.

They are the result of artificial, intensive inbreeding in captivity to continue the color trait.
White tigers do not exist in the wild, the last wild white tiger was recorded in 1958. They exist solely in zoos, private collections, and as exotic pets.
He claimed to have bought these white tigers in Dubai. The White tigers in Dubai are typically kept in private, luxurious collections or specialized, privately owned animal parks. They are used as status symbols and pride.
Because they are heavily inbred, these white tigers are prone to numerous health defects, including crossed eyes, cleft palates, spinal deformities, and immune system deficiencies. The forestry commission and government should prosecute CHEDDAR for illegally importing these big cats. The courts should fine him for cruelty to the animals if proven that their teeth and claws have been extracted, he has to fully pay for the specialist care they will need for the rest of their lives. These are mankinds stupidity of genetically modifying captivity tigers to create white tigers. Just like creating PUGS, TEACUP DOGS AND FRENCH BULLDOGS who suffering severe health conditions.
