  Dvla is another useless organization more than half the vehicles on the streets in Accra shouldn't be there ethays why you constantly have broken-down cars abandoned on the roads causing death traps especially at night. Once you have a license to drive dvla must make sure that your vehicle goes through a safety inspection and a safety sticker is issued before dvla registered your vehicle..these steps must be followed thoroughly and religiously.
