In Europe, once a person dies, the school authorities or security agencies will do whatever there needs to be done to go into the matter. Ablakwa has so far not told us, he met any Minister or security officer or even a police officer in Latvia. The Latvian Foreign Minister will not spend time meeting Abalakwa just because a student with this scruffy hair is dead. Even the school authorities will tell him the matter is under investigation by competent authorities.
