All these problems are the result of COCOBOD. Why don't we read about mango, pineapple or tomato farmers waiting to be paid billions of cedis? Because these crops operate in a free market environment, without a parasitic state monopoly between them and the market.

Can anybody point to a single advantage COCOBOD has for the farmers or the country? There is none. Dissolve it, and the problem will disappear overnight.
