  No wonder things don't work in the country. Professors talking like that, if the jobs not there or you can't afford to pay them they have to go that's business. They can apply for other ministries if there jobs there you cannot create a place for them. Cocoa is a vital industry for the country and should be run as a serious business to make a profit for everyone not as a club for a few Ghana need to sort this out before the international buyers look to other countries like south America for their cocoa.
