Jail the man here, his family and connection men would give bribes to some and appeal the judgment. With months, the appeal court would either quash the sentence or reduce it to a micro-fraction of the original.

Remember Agradaa's case: she as sentenced 15 years. Money changed hands and bingo, 15 years was reduced to 1 year.

That's Ghana's judiciary for you. It is a market and the only profit makers are those at the top of the system.
