  The Ghana ministry of health has been in operation many years since. Every healthy business grows with time to address current challenges. As the population of the country increases, sensibly managers of the health industry in Ghana should have grown with all the specialties and specialists to accommodate the population growth. We train hospital administrators abroad yearly. What have they learned, from their training, to incorporate into our growing healthcare system. The EMT staff that transport patients from incident scene or home to hospital, should be in coordination with the various departments or administrators of all the hospitals, for safe transport and easy assimilation into the hospital for quick and efficient treatment. Why is there a disconnect? The moment a patient is in transit, with the EMT, contacts should be direct to head of facilities that would accept that patient. If it is trauma patient, hospitals designated as trauma centers should be on notice to receive and access the patient, no matter the bed situation. Are you telling us, the country should wait until all specialist nurses and doctors are available or trained, before the situation changes? This is idiocy. Hundreds of doctors trained are not employed. Get your acts together and do the needful the reverse this evil and disgraceful trend of patients dying needlessly.
