  True, that is the main reason why African countries are poor, investors are paying 1 million USD for every 100 million USD returns, how can anyone build anything out of this, it just makes no sense. In short, all our minerals are taking for free, and our corrupt, good for nothing ministers are the ones selling it to the citizens that it is a good deal, etc.
