  What do you mean by "Best policy so far by this government"? When Bawumia suggested this solar initiative before they lost power, what did NDC tell him? Your Mahama is the most useless human to be president in Ghana and "it is either you take it or leave it". He cannot think, but if someone thinks deep and come up with an idea, he will be the first to rubbish it then later make positive comment about it.
  
  When he went to Zambia, he told them that Ghana is into digitization and on the campaign, trail leading to the election, what did he tell Ghanaians, he said that Ghanaians need "Kenkey, fish and shitor" while Bawumia was hammering on digitization so, what is Mahama up to, foolishness or what?
  
  I remember Bawumia making suggestion that we should go "Solar" because of the sun, NDC, then in opposition vent their anger as if solar is a curse so what is Mahama talking about?
