- they are not ACCEPTED as VALID in the court

- immaterial to the case

- Beside the point

- have no bearings on the case

- are irrelevant to the case

Inadmissible in a court means simply that, those EVIDENCES needs to STAYED OUT OF THE COURT ROOM!

This means that, the court had the privileged of listening to or reading the transcripts of the conversations and deemed it IRRELEVANT to the case!!

How can a court deemed something IRRELEVANT to a case if they didn’t listened, read, watch or see it?

They did and they found out that, it’s those tapes or evidence are not APPLICABLE to the case and hence should stayed out of the court room
