common sense needs to prevail here otherwise it will take years to clear the backlog of cases....and as I have said,the main thing here,is to recoup any loss to the state ....SO HERE'S WHAT YOU DO,... RECOVER ANY THEFT OF MONEY,AND OFFER A THREE YEAR SUSPENDED SENTENCE....UNDER A MILLION CEDIS TO HELP CLEAR THE COURT SYSTEM.
