WHAT THAT ACTION OF HIS LED TO WAS THAT, BY THE TIME HE HANDED OVER POWER TO LIMANN, ALL THE STOCKS OF ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES THE BUSINESSES HAD WRRE DEPLETED BECAUSE THE BUSINESSES DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO REORDER THE SAME QUANTITIES OF THEIR MERCHANDISE, SO THE LITTLE THEY COULD IMPORT WAS NOT ENOUGH AND PEOPLE HAD TO QUEUE TO BUY IN LIMITED QUANTITIES SO EVERYONE COULD GET A BIT!!
