NSMQ does nothing for the country. It is only a BRAGGING RIGHTS award to the ELITE schools in the country.

It does nothing for the STUDENTS of the schools including those who win.

It is a CPP (Chew Pour Pass) kind of award.
Come to think of it: Who teaches and prepares the SELECTED FEW of the schools?
Isn't it the teachers who are SUPPOSED TO TEACH ALL STUDENTS? And if they spend most of their time and energy on these SELECTED FEW, how can this be fair to the non-selected many?

Set up INNOVATIVE and IMAGINATIVE competitions like ROBOTICS and many small schools can produce actual work that can help Ghana and Africa.

The NSMQ has outlived its usefulness.
