  The FDA is pretending, they know there are no wholesome food items on our markets. Cooked and uncooked food on our markets are not good for human consumption. How many times have we not heard this from them.

  In Ghana, we have strange priorities. Why is it that we leave our food in the care of the most ignorant, often illiterate, even dirty and poorest? Have you seen those pounding fufu in chop bars? Have you seen how corn is fermented? Have you seen kenkey being milled at Agbogbloshie market for iced kenkey? Have you seen vegetable plants being watered with sewerage water from accra gutters? Plastic in plantain chips isn't our only problem!
