  Look at this man oo. Shipping lines are implementing major tariff adjustment of $1000 as Emergency war surcharge and the All-knowing mouth mouth CEO ; the only wild kisser is not even aware of it. How? Incompetent at his highest best. Or may be he was kissing in the ship. How can the ordinary ghanaian also get his refund since the $1000 surcharge also went into the price build up for the final consumer.
