  It is not alarming rather, we as people do not understand the meaning of "Prioritizing something" when it comes to national development. Now, another point is, why can't doctors who comes from that part of the country stay put and work for their people?
  
  As a matter of urgency, we should spread development to every corner of the country because that is what commonsense says. As long as humans live anywhere in Ghana, developing the area should be a priority, and with that comes private investors etc.

  Bring in Cuban doctors and nurses. Sad even our own Ghana trained doctors refuse to work in certain parts of the country. They prefer to work in the regional capitals to do ' locums' for extra money.
