Many teachers have not mastered basic English. Akan/Vernacular is OK but English too is very OK.. Let us make sense

Then after the education, where are the jobs ?
One of the problems is that our leaders don't know how to create jobs. After getting the education, and come out to sell pure water, or donuts?
