first of all she illegaly overruled the decision of the desciplinary comity,

she invited informed senegal of the Morocco appeal one day before the court day at 22h00 in the night asking them to join at 07h00 am,

then later change the time to 09h00 am.

then during the session she basically listened only to what Morocco has to say, and barely asked senegalese people to identify themselves.

Then she announces the decision to the press at the same time as the senegalese members.

she is a crook.

that Jury itsself is crooked. How can the president of Tunisia federation be part of the jury, isn't that a conflict of interest. how can he be a judge to judge federations include Tunisia Federation which he is presiding over.

What people don't know is that the referee of the final has only refereed two matches in the competition, and they were all morocco matches. the opening match and the final.

They came back to draw one - one and the trouphy was awarded to the Moroccans.
To be honest with the CAF and the Judges is that ,what is good for Moroccans today is also good for the Guineans yester years.
1976 CAF trouphy should be given to the Guineans as CAF wants 2025 trouphy for the Moroccans.

Let's not play to emotions- the fact of the case is that the stupid Senegal head Coach led his players to walk off the match with Morocco without thinking of the consequences! In order words they abandoned the match and forfeited the match. That the referee failed to make the right call on the pitch is irrelevant. A wrong could be righted anytime it is proven to be wrong. Senegal goes no where with CAS appeal!.

A committee’s work cannot overrule the very law it’s supposed to enforce. FIFA laws convening the game stipulates that the decision taken by referees and match officials during the course of the game are final and cannot be challenged. If the referee and match officials failed to apply the law and their report on the match accepted, no one can challenge that after 2 months! Morocco themselves benefited from this same FIFA law in 1976, when they walked off in the final against Guinea but came back to win the game. One of the cardinal pillars of law is precedence.

Why didn’t the referee truncate the match when they walked off? When has a goal disallowed wrongly either by the referee or VAR been later restored?

Senegal fought hard in the extra time and won the match genuinely. FIFA must come in the case immediately. This disgrace is too much for Africa. If the referee has whistled for the end of the match during the walkout, then Article 84 of the CAF constitution would be applicable. Since Senegal returned to the pitch for the restart of the match, Article 84 is not applicable.

Senegal fought hard in the extra time and won the match genuinely. FIFA must come into case immediately. This disgrace is too much for Africa. If the referee has whistled for the end of the match during the walkout, then Article 84 of the CAF constitution would be applicable. Since Senegal returned to the pitch for the restart of the match, and the referee whistled to end game, where is the problem. In this case Article 84 is not applicable. CAF must investigate to find out if something has gone on under the carpet.

The president should explain Articles 82, 83, and 84 carefully to football fans. I have read the Articles, and if my understanding is right then the president and members of the CAF should resign. The Articles 82 and 83 interpret that if a team abundant the field and refuses to continue the game without the referee's knowledge the team is declared a loser. The Articles didn't state how long a team can stay outside the pitch. Article 84 states that if a team refuses to appear on the field for the start of a game beyond 15 minutes, the referee will end the game and send a report to the match Commissioner. The refusing team will be declared losers.
In this case, Senegal continued the game, won, and presented the championship cup. If the CAF believes that Senegal violated the rules, why did they allow them to play? Why did CAF president and other dignitaries presented Senegal the AFCON Championship trophy?
CAF's action is a disgrace to Africa football.
The members should resign in shame.

This is because the senegal team did not spend 15 minutes outside the field of play. They used about 2-4 minutes to protest and demand VAR review. The referee did not make the decision to end the game after the temporal walk-out. The game duly restarted and the penalty was taken. Morocco cannot be awarded this trophy at all.

The world has seen the type of judgment Nigerians are receiving, where someone who took 4th position in a governorship election was declared a winner. A country where it's mandatory to score 25% in the federal capital before you can win a presidential election, yet the Supreme Court judges declared someone who didn't meet that condition as the president. A country where someone was sentenced to life imprisonment with a nonexistent law.

It's a grave mistake and unmitigated risk to appoint a Nigerian judge to such a sensitive position.
