These days all over Ghana especially Sunyani the mobile networks are just rubbish. Even in Accra when you are moving around you get to a place and data network just disappear. Sam George you owe NPP apology because you are the most useless Minister in this regime. You rarely know your work. Get the Telcos to up their games. We are spending millions daily on bills and we are not getting any good services and as a Minister all you know is threatening and pompous

Kuffour initiated the Ghanacard and could not finish it. Mills and Mahama also could not accomplish its completetion because there were flaws in there.

Akuffo & Bawumia came and started everything all together from the scratch and got it where it is today and instituted the NIA to oversee its running.

Ursula Owusu as the former Comm. Minister, also came to reregister simcards after Mahama's government had tried to do that register simcards in 2012-2013. Because the NPP government also deemed it to have been not properly done.

This time around, having done well the Ghanacard, she (Ursula Owusu) directed that; all registered simcards be linked to the GHCard. Reasons, to know who a particular number so as to prevent fraud.

Today, we still have simcard and MOMO fraudster defrauding people with simcards not registered with their own GhCards. Thereby, putting the owner of the GhanaCard at risk of his/her Ghanacard being blocked.

And, a fool like is here calling the present comm minister useless?!

Where were you when Ursula asked MTN to increase the prices their data packs when MTN was trying to data bundles cheap in Ghana?

I am sure the likes of You and the people opposing this reregistration of simcards, are fraudsters and scammers.
