he's not wrong. Christiano is not a very skillful player, not terribly blessed with natural talent. What he does well is use his intellect and strength and discipline discipline displine.

Messi is a one trick pony. He's just very good at that one trick and the trick is very effective. He's also very hardworking.

Neymar is way more skillful than either of those two. Has more tricks up his sleeve and can do more with the ball. But he's lazy and his commitment is suspect. Mental strength is not like the other two.
