Blakk Rasta is a media personality and musician
Media Personality and musician, Blakk Rasta, has sought to explain the circumstances surrounding the mini-aircraft crash at Tema Community 1 on March 16, 2026, that claimed the lives of two men.
The two victims were later identified as Captain Frank Donkor and Elijah Donkor, sons of founder of Hebron Prayer Camp, Elder Frank Donkor.
In a TikTok video while reacting to the incident, Blakk Rasta shed more light on the aircraft belonging to Gianair Limited, a company managed by Italian Roberto Billia, particularly highlighing the bravery and discretion exercised by the late pilot.
He questioned why an aircraft which had been grounded for 22 years before it was refurbished, could receive clearance from the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in 2023 to operate.
However, Blakk Rasta reiterated the gallantary demonstrated by the occupants of the aircraft.

Gathering information from eyewitnesses and a NADMO official who spoke to the media on that fateful day, he said the pilot could have navigated the road as runway in an attempt to land safely; a move that could potentially save their lives at the expense of many pedestrains, and residents of the busy business district.
But instead, they circulated in the air for quite some time trying to identify a location that would not cause casualties to the people going about the busy schedules at the time of the incident.
Blakk Rasta said they even hovered around the school compound long enough to ensure teachers moved all kids to safety before landing nose down and unfortunately lost their lives.

"The discretion exercised by the gallant pilot is one that Ghana will remember forever. They demonstrated gallantary, humanity and love for the country at the expense of their very lives," he said.
"Though many commentaries have gone on since the tragic incident occurred, what actually transpired and the last communication between the victims remains a mystery until details of the black box is found and data retrieved and decoded," he added.
