If there are inconsistencies in some of the SIM card registration, why not flag them out, block them and ask the owners to reregister instead of asking the entire citizenry to do so? After the exit of the NDC we are going to hear a similar story. In Ghana, no government has ever praised their predecessors for anything good. If politicians continue to do this how would they expect the citizens to trust them?
