  Affordable or cheap housing is the sole responsibility of the government. We keep hearing nonsense that "Government alone cannot do this or that." Is government not the taking our taxes alone? We keep wishing to see Ghana like Europe and who says there are no government (council flats) housing over there? The private sector is profit driven and it will not work.
