The names of the schools have the mission attached thus Wesley Girls is a Methodist school and Presbyterian Boys’ is Basel/Presbyterian School. The missionaries who set set up these schools based upon the doctrine and teachings and practices of the faith so anyone who *CHOOSES* to enter these institutions should be bound by the ethics of such so anyone who enters and wants to change things according to a different faith is against the propagation of the faith which is Christianity. So for peace to reign, if you choose a mission school and you find yourself at the wrong place, just withdraw.

Does it mean the President of the Catholic Bishops Conference should also write Latin? The fact that you have Haruna Iddrisu, who is a Muslim as Minister of Education, it doesn't mean that Islamic values can be imposed on Schools built with contributions from Christians. If you want your child to observe all the 5 pillars of Islam & become an Islam scholar even in school, send them to the Arabic Schools and leave the Christian Schools alone. We are just tired of this small Muslim groups disturbing our peace in Ghana. They dare not try this in America, UK, France or even Angola.

These Christian schools have a uniform student dress code, and Muslim students should have no right to impose their religious dress code on these schools. Muslim students should have the right to practice their faith in all schools, but they should not require these schools feeding programs to adjust their feeding programs and times to suit Muslim students. Students seek admission into schools to acquire an education, but not to dump their religious baggage on schools. Will Muslim high schools in Ghana accept demands of non-Muslim students to have the dining halls offer them pork for lunch or dinner during feeding times? All students in schools should be bound by the dress code required by school administrations. religious attire should have no place in schools.
