  I remember a few years back when a couple of benevolent individuals shipped hospital beds to Ghana to be used by our hospitals for free. The then government will not clear the beds at the ports unless the duties and all charges were paid. Eventually, the beds had to be returned and donated to another country where they were cleared without any port charges.
  We continue to suffer the consequences of terrible leadership.
