The experienced tactician believes the match will serve as a crucial test for his side as they continue to build cohesion and confidence.

“This is a great test for us because we need to bring our strengths to the field, physically, tactically, and technically, in order to win the game,” Rangnick added.

Austria will aim to match Ghana’s intensity while imposing their own style of play, with the coach emphasizing a winning mentality within his squad.

“We approach every match with the goal of winning. That’s why we play these games. We want to keep building our confidence,” he said.

Rangnick also pointed to Ghana’s recent performances as evidence of their quality, noting their victory over the South Korea national football team as a sign of the challenge ahead.

The encounter is expected to provide both teams with a valuable opportunity to assess their progress as they continue preparations for upcoming international competitions.
