I believe over 95 % of the Ghana Public areas have no inside PLUBING for Toilets or RESTROOMS. EVEN IN YOUR VILLAGE WHERE YOU COME FROM IT IS WORSE THAN ACCRA. Where I reside and live now, I would be able to use the RESTROOM when it is necessary if I am not home . There are Public Restrooms all over.
A place like the beach in Accra or any public Park should have RESTROOMS which are for the PUBLIC .

For example where I live now, the LAW of the LAND or STATE demands that Businesses or Certain Public Places used by the public , should provide RESTROOMS for the customers or walk-in customers.

It is the State or the appropriate AUTHORITIES who should have the WILL to see that such laws are passed to BENEFIT the public at large.

I conclude that you must Respect . I conclude that ignorance on how things should be have led you to INSULT the Chief.

DO NOT INSULT the Chief. Do not Insult those who go and " shit " on the sand on the Beach. If you grew up with Inside Plumbing in your house, great. I know there many, many houses in Ghana with NO inside Plumbing or even "OUTHOUSE TOILETS " .
I believe it is the AUTHORITIRES who should have the WILL to pass laws to Correct the Situation. By the way I grew up many years ago in ACCRA, Ghana. I did not go to the beach to " shit". I had gone to the Beach in Accra many times.
What I am saying now , It is NOT the fault those who go to the beach to " shit " . There should be a way to Correct the Situation . I believe to solution may rest on the Government Authorities who can pass laws with appropriate "TEETH" to rectify the Situations.
