  Buying votes is not democracy and democracy in Ghana is useless until we stop buying votes from citizens. Corruption and bribery is the practice of votes buying votes.

  Only few educated would be as truthful as this man. What you are saying is entirely true but would take about a century to stop. This is the strategy all POLITICIANS in Ghana use. As a result, they intentionally keep a higher percentage of Ghanaians poor and ignorant so it would fit into plans knowing very well that most of us have short memories. Thanks prof, for hitting the nail right on the head.
