  Ghana is a law abiding country and cooperate with international institutions, but(the) observation is that GHANA IS LOSING THE HOME FRONT by allowing foreign entities to come into the country and police sensitive areas to fight crime or enforce (Ghanaian) law. Local law enforcement people must be visible and do that job. You would not see this blatant foreign presence in a country that has the capacity and is proud of the work its law enforcement does. While the Ghana president is upstaging himself on the African continent and the rest of the world, his country is being 'ditched' by his security appointees. Do you job IGP / CID.
