This is nothing compared to a similar incident l witness in uk. I was given shea butter to give to a ghanaian lady in seven sisters area of london. She was living in a shared house where people rent rooms in a house. She had over stayed her visa so cant take a job. She was cooking waakye , fish and chicken drumstick to sell in ghanaian and indian shops. The lady filled up an old bath that was filthy and left in the garden with water and put a box of frozen mackeral and a box of d frozen drumstick mixed together. When l asked why she done that , her answer was the people who buy are not her friends and will never know or come to her house. Money can turn humans into pigs.

Have enforcement agents closed Chinese and other nationals restaurants for unhygienic cases worst than what we imagined?

All humans are the same of full greed and selfishness irrespective of nationality. The only antidote to deal with bad characters is when the law punishes and is no respected of person. Or when a person fears God and is led by the spirit of Christ (Holyspirit), then by this only will one not be ruled by the law but by the Word of God. Person governed by God only is the one Bible says is a freeman. The former becomes slave to the law.
