  was Sedinam not tried in abstentia? why r the AG and SP behaving as though without Ken's appearance "justice" cannot be served?

  I'm sure its also due to the perceived persecution that the US judge decided to release the man on bail. Did ken sit in detention facility and hear his bond release hearing or not? if the US can do this and we claim we are keeping up with the times, why can't we do same or we do not have have fast internet in Ghana?
  The reasoning by our investigators to have ken appear before them is palpably flawed.
