What dep AG is saying may be right but what was the main reason of creating OSP . To prosecute cases which AG may find it too friendly to prosecute. Mos AG finds it difficult to prosecute fellow Cabinet ministers and political party members, that’s is why OSP was created. So if OSP had to go back to AG for permission to prosecute, then no point to establish the office. Rather, that OSP staffs should be working under AG office . If Dep AG succeeds the the office of OSP will be scrapped
